Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at amtmachine.com (the "Site") operated by AMT Machine Tools Ltd. ("AMT", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful business purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying infrastructure
• Use any automated means to scrape, harvest, or copy content from the Site
• Transmit viruses, malicious code, or unsolicited communications through the Site

2. Quotes and Equipment Sales

Any prices, lead times, specifications, or product availability shown on the Site are for general information only and are not a binding offer. All sales are subject to a written quotation issued by AMT and accepted in accordance with our standard terms of sale, which take precedence over any information on the Site.

Equipment is supplied subject to availability from the original equipment manufacturer. Lead times, specifications, and configurations may change without notice. Photographs and renderings are illustrative; actual machine appearance and configuration may differ.

3. Warranties

New equipment we supply carries the warranty offered by its OEM, which we pass through to our customers. We provide service support as set out in your purchase agreement. Except as expressly stated in writing, we make no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100). This limitation does not apply to liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, machine specifications, brochures, videos, and software — is owned by AMT or its licensors and protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial reference only. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution, or modification, requires our prior written permission.

OEM brand names and logos shown on the Site (including Star CNC, Cubic Machinery, Hydromat, Emco, and Filtermist) are the property of their respective owners and are used here under authorized dealer arrangements.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites operated by OEMs, manufacturers, and service partners. We do not control these sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. You access them at your own risk.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and handle your personal information.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
